Consumer Case Fees
Consumer Attorneys in Fairhope and Mobile ALAttorneys may charge different fees depending on what type of case you have and how much time the attorney will spend on your case. Our firm has several different types of fee arrangements which include hourly, flat rate and contingent fees as we cover several areas of the law. Please review the following for more information and our initial consultations on any potential legal matter are free of charge.
Consumer Case Fees:
These cases are handled by our firm generally on a contingent fee basis. These cases include mortgage fraud and wrongful foreclosure cases, Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, Truth in Lending Cases, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations to name a few. Generally, our agreement is based on a 40% contingency fee. However, every fee is determined on a case by case review. Sometimes, a retainer is required. This again depends on the type of case that is under review by our firm.
Should you have any questions about any of our fees, feel free to contact us by phone or email to discuss further.
